BizPal On-line Service 
BizPal is an online service the simplifies the business permit and license process for entrepreneurs, businesses, governments and third party business service providers. Users simply answer a few generic questions regarding the type of business they wish to start and BizPal will generate a list of permits and licenses required from all levels of government. BizPal provides basic information and links to government sites where users can learn more and in some cases apply online.

The Humboldt Regional Newcomer Centre
The Humboldt Regional Newcomer Centre (HRNC) opened its doors to newcomers in April 2010 under the Government of Saskatchewan's new settlement service delivery model for the Province, which is administered by the Ministry of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration (AEEI). The HRNC contract is held by the Prairie Innovation Enterprise Region (PIER), an entity representing economic development interests including labour and immigration of east central Saskatchewan. We aim to promote settlement, integration and retention in workplaces and communities throughout our region.
